I made this for a BBQ we had over the weekend, and they were a hit. I made both the vanilla and chocolate versions, and both presented very well. Instead of using cherries to garnish, I used whip cream from a can and topped with a chocolate squiggle (made from melted chocolate chips squeezed out of a plastic bag to make a squiggily shape). Our guests were very impressed, but we did hear that they were a bit rich. Will definitely make again !
