This is "my" recipe to family. It is a staple at every get together I host. Everyone loves it and I never have leftovers :(

This is one of my absolute favorite salad recipes. It tastes great, is easy to prepare, and can be done in advance. This is always the one I use when guests are coming over or to take to parties or BBQ's. I thought it was just perfect the way the recipe is written but you could add any seasoning you like to jazz it up more! definitely a staple recipe!

I have made this recipe several times and my family loves it. Great in the summer as a side dish to grilled meat.

My husband & I both loved it. I made 1/2 the recipe for two of us and hid a serving until the next day to add to a tossed salad so we enjoyed the delicious flavor again. Will definitely make this again.

Made this for a family dinner with my sis & her kids. Everyone ate it up. Even all five of our kids, age range from 12-6. You have to like crispy, raw veggies to like it, though. Very colorful addition to the dinner table.

I've also made this for a few summer parties and it's been a big hit. I also added olives and used some seasoned crumbled feta cheese. Yum!!
