We enjoyed the recipe, but my husband suggested that I use "real" pieces of roasted turkey or chicken, rather than the deli slices. We also ate it with salsa and sour cream, it adds just what the recipe needs for flavor. Also, I just used a non-stick pan and browned each side of the quesadilla, until the meat and cheese are hot and melty. It gives the tortilla a nice crispy touch.
