I leave out the garbanzo beans/chickpeas per my family's request but I end up eating most of this myself before they even get a chance anyway. I love it!!

SOO GOOD!I used just a dash of the dressing with some extra virgin olive oil, added some garlic salt, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. I will make this ALL the time.

I made this recipe twice, once for a family reunion, and again for a potluck picnic and got rave review both times. I had an abundance of fresh basil from the garden, so added approximately 1/3 cup or less chopped. Also added the sliced olives. Make ahead of time to blend flavors, but add spinach and feta right before serving, or going to destination.

Our family and our company enjoyed this recipe. My grocery store did not have the dressing called for so I used the alternative suggested in the recipe: zesty italian and lemon. Also they did not have the Mediterranian cheese crumbles - I used Feta cheese. Also added sliced black olives and a little chopped green pepper. Very good.

Make this all the time when I need to take a salad to a covered dish. It is a family favorite. We usually add black olives and use real feta cut in cubes.

I love this recipe! I've made it many, many times since I first found it in Food & Family . Like others have said, I usually use a little more dressing than called for, and always add sliced black olives.

I used Fat Free Italian dressing and used the lemon juice and oregano, with great results. Will make again!
