This was pretty good and I liked the garbanzo beans in this salad. Will make again, we ate all of it!

This recipe was a success at our Thanksgiving party! Everyone loved it...and it was so easy to make. Very colorful--excellent!!

Fantastic recipe - everyone LOVED IT. I took it to a church pot luck and it was different from the other choices! I made a double batch and left with NONE! I will make this over and over!

This salad is not only attractive on the table, but is very flavorable and healthy. I used crumbled goat cheese and would imagine any favorite cheese could be used.

I made this without tomatoes & it still came out tasting delicious. I'd suggest adding cheese crumbles after pouring the dressing (to prevent cheese from getting soggy).

I also used feta cheese and added black olives . I made this while RVing .I t was easy to through together and went well with grilled burgers and/or steaks. Even my Husband who doesn't usually care for greek style foods loved it .

Added olives and substituted feta cheese. Delicious! The warm pasta softened the cheese and spinach.
