I added the black olives, and more spinach. Next time I will use 1 less cup of pasta ( I like more veggies than pasta). Overall great flavor.

I have made this three times in one month. I added olives, too. This is the recipe I will be bringing to pot luck dinners from now on. It makes a great presentation.

This salad is perfect for a light meal and is super easy to make. I noticed the longer it sat the better it become. I would recommend this receipe to everyone!

I made this for company and all agreed is was very good. I added pieces of cooked chicken to it which we also liked.

quick, easy and good! i couldn't find the cheese crumbles, so used feta and was very good. also added some extra olive oil

3 cups of pasta and only 1/2 cup of dressing? I don't think so.... I used about a lb of pasta and a whole bottle of the dressing.. I tried to wing it. No time to get back on line for the recipe. I forgot the spinach and the chick peas... Just added cucumber and a spanish onion (purple). It just takes so much dressing. It absorbs so quicky. I always save some before I serve it, at the last minute...
