this was the best recipe i've ever used, i think.. so moist and such amazing flavor.. i love greek seasonings and stuff. it exceeded my expectations by a long shot.. definitely recommended this.
We loved this so much we made it twice in one week! The second time was for a bbq dinner w/ friends and they loved it too. We added chunks of zuccini to the kabobs. YUMMY!
My wife , my daughter, 6&7 year old granddaughters loved this dish. Even if you not a fan of lemons it adds that little something that puts it over the top
excellent recipe and a family pleaser! I added zucchini to my kabobs and that grilled lemon really perked it up a notch. YUM!
We've made this several times for ourselves and company. It is a hit every time. You can make the recipe as written which is very easy and good or you can deconstruct it and bump it up a notch. We make homemade greek salad dressing and we also add peppers to the onions and chicken on the skewer. This is a real crowd pleaser and it has become one of my favorite "go to" recipes when feeding a crowd!

Made this recipe for 100+ people at work... was GREAT, subbed Plain Greek Yogurt for Mayo was great, don't for get the LEMON! everyone raved about the lemon and how moist it was...It was a HIT!
This is a new family favorite! My kids and husband will all eat it, which is unusual! The chicken is very moist with great flavor. We increase the lemon juice a little and marinate it for as long as possible for maximum flavor and serve it with pita bread for sandwiches. Add to this it's easy, and I'm happy!!! Don't forget to soak your skewers for 20 mins to keep them from burning!
Good flavor. We emptied the kabobs into some pita that I filled with tetazzi spread, feta and some lettuce. Delicious.
AMAZING! I made these for dinner and couldn't believe how awesome they were. I also made some veggie skewers to go along with it. Wonderful.
