I've made this several times for bbqs at our house. The greek vinaigrette makes the chicken so yummy! Very quick and easy grilling dish!

I made this over the weekend without grilling or using the kabobs - just baked in the oven @ 425 for about 15-20 mins. It turned out almost as delicious as the kabobs did. SO moist - we didn't even need a knife! This is a staple in the dinner rotation

I substituted boneless chicken thighs and although I did not have mayo -- this turned out fabulous. Served w/warm pitas and the greek pasta salad. Everyone loved it.

Even my picky eater loved it. I wish I would have made more for left-overs.

I absolutely loved the grilled lemon flavor. It gave the chicken a spectacular flavor and it was so moist I was pleasantly surprised. I will definately make it again and again. I did add peppers to the kabobs and it gave it great color and textures also.

This was so easy and so tasty. I used red pepper vinegrette dressing because I didn't have the one the recipe called for. I also added red pepper to the maranade. I would definatly make it again .

This was a nice change from my typical chicken dinners. It was very moist and flavorful. I made it with the Cucumber and Tomato salad. Wonderful! :-)
