Not bad. I think I would add shredded cheese to the top of it though. Hubby loved it!

I made this for dinner last night. It was delicious! I used reduced fat sour cream, extra lean ground beef and 2% Velveeta Mac and Cheese.... I also added a can of drained chili ready tomatoes. It was gone in minutes! I will absolutely be making this again!

Haven't made it yet, but I think I will try adding salsa and Mexican Velveeta to the meat mixture instead of using mac and cheese. I think I will also layer the chips on the bottom of the plate, add meat mixture and then top with tomatoes, lettuce and a little shredded cheese, maybe some sour cream and guacamole on top.

I wish these good things had less sodium so I could eat it.

I've been making this for years and my family loves it. Sometimes I saute chopped onions and/or red bell pepper along with the beef; and sometimes add sliced black olives and/or canned, diced jalapeno pepper. Any way you like it, it's great.

I am really shocked by these reviews because I thought it was gross. I would not make this again. My kids did not like it at all.

I used veggie burger crumbles instead of lean ground beef...delish!

EASY and delicious! Even the leftovers taste good. I used the Kraft Thick and Creamy mac n cheese and it was great. I let people choose thier own toppings, so I didn't top it with lettuce, tomato, etc, in the pan. Yummy!
