I love it! It is so easy. I used salsa on top, and used Natural Tortilla chips! It was outstanding. I am going to try it with Chicken!

My picky 9 year old LOVED this recipe. I ofcourse left out the lettuce,tomato, sour cream and chips (for him, not me!) and I added onion to the meat mixture. He went back for thirds! I think next time, I might add some corn for more crunch. Great way to use up all the boxes of mac-n-cheese I have on hand.

I added salsa to the mix when I added the sour cream which made it even better! I also added more noodles because I used macaroni & cheese spirals. My fiancee and I loved it.. yum yum

The kids didn't like the idea of it, but when I served it, they all asked for seconds! Yum, yum.
