What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups water

pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

large tomato, chopped

cup shredded lettuce

cup tortilla chips, coarsely crushed

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix, water and Macaroni; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 7 min. or until macaroni is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

ADD sour cream and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

Very easy, and quick, made a great supper. I did add 1/2 cup medium salsa for just a little more bite. My son and husband loved it with the tortilla chips. I made a large lettuce salad and added about 1/2 cup of the mix for a great taco salad.

VERY easy to make. Got rave reviews from even our pickiest eater. Definitely one we'll be making again. (we used the blue box 3-cheese macaroni shells and it was great!)

My kids loved it! My 4 year old normally will only eat chicken nuggets and plain mac & cheese and he told me he hopes I make it again! We even mixed it up with topping it with different things for each of us.
