I was skeptical about this one but it turned out to be really good! I added light kidney beans when adding cheese and sour cream then taco sauce on top of everything.

very good! Add black beans and corn to bulk this up.

I love this recipe, I also add green onions chopped and black olives to the tomato and lettuce. Then top with a spoon of salsa per serving.

This recipe was quick and easy to make. I added a dollop of sour cream on the top. Almost tastes like a taco salad. Will definitely make again.

YUCK! Using sour cream instead of butter and milk to make the mac & cheese made this super thick and a really weird texture. Might be good if you make the mac&cheese as directed and put a little sour cream as a topping, but Im not making it again to find out!

This was a hit with my family, especially my SUPER picky 10 year old. I didn't have taco seasoning, so I used some garlic powder and chili powder instead. We each added our own lettuce/tomatoes/chips. I topped mine with salsa for extra flavor. I might add a can of corn or some black olives next time, but I will definitely make this again. There were no leftovers!

Awesome. I prefer to use ground turkey, HOT taco seasoning and to throw in a can of pinto beans. I top it with scallions and scoop it with the chips.

This was a great recipe. Everyone really enjoyed it, and it was also quick and easy but still very tasty!
