What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix

cups water

pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

large tomato, chopped

cup shredded lettuce

cup tortilla chips, coarsely crushed

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix, water and Macaroni; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 7 min. or until macaroni is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

ADD sour cream and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

Very good! Both my husband and daughter liked it, and my daughter finished her whole plate while my husband had 2nds. We ommitted the lettuce.

This was delicious. I will definitely make this again. I subbed ground turkey for the ground beef. This dish with a salad was just enough. I was able to freeze some leftovers for future lunches and dinners.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was quick and easy and tasted great! I substituted taco flavored tortilla chips and it make it even better!

So easy and fast. Small clean up. I added kidney beans and corn as I added the sour cream. Great meal, makes a lot of food.

My Husband loved it! This will become a family favorite for everyday, easy dinner. I skipped toppings: lettuce, tomato and tortilla and added extra sour cream.

My whole family loved this recipe! So easy to make. My picky eater even loved this. Next time I will add shredded cheese and green onion on top to give it a little more flare.

This recipe was very good. I would add shredded cheese though and some salsa next time for a little extra flavor but it was very good on its own.
