We smashed the potatoes when they were finished grilling. Very flavorable!

I made these for our Memorial Day BBQ and they were the first thing gone. Everyone loved them!! The recipe is a nice twist to the same old packets we all have made. I highly recommend this recipe. I added about 1/4 of a red onion to roast along with the potatoes and they were delicious. I also added about a Tablespoon of the dressing into the packet to cook along with the mixture.

I have made it twice this week! It's quick and easy. The second time, i left off the dressing and just added more parmessan cheese and butter.

This was easy and delicious. Easiest side to 'time' with steak on grill. Out of parmesan so used fresh romano cheese....it was really good!!

Oh my gosh! This was so good and so easy! It went perfect with our grilled bbq chicken and oven roasted green beans and vadalia onions. My husband ate the side dishes first before he ate the chicken!
