While I didn't make this exact recipe, I have made very similar potatoes which my family LOVED! I usually quarter small to medium potatoes then microwave them in a glass bowl with a few tablespoons of water (covered with wax paper). Then I put them in the foil with seasonings (salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, onions) and put them on the grill while the meat is cooking. Yummm.
