YUM.... I also add hickory smoke (about 2 TBS) and EVOO instead of the water... Cooks just as well...

This is a great starter recipe...my family prefers a combination of vegetables. Potato with onions and or peppers, mushrooms, squash, zucchini...whatever bounty is plentiful and inexpensive at our local farmers market. Also, adding a variety of fresh herbs and garlic really helps brighten the flavor of the vegetables.

This was great! My husband wanted me to cook the potatoes in the oven like I always do and he was pleasantly surprized. It was easy and no mess to clean up. PERFECT

While I didn't make this exact recipe, I have made very similar potatoes which my family LOVED! I usually quarter small to medium potatoes then microwave them in a glass bowl with a few tablespoons of water (covered with wax paper). Then I put them in the foil with seasonings (salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, onions) and put them on the grill while the meat is cooking. Yummm.
