We were camping and I made this tomato dish to go along with fresh caught fish it was excellent! May try different cheeses and dressings for more tastes but will definately make again, I have lots of tomatoes growing and was looking for a quick & easy recipe, Thanks.

Instead of using parmesian cheese I substituted it with Asiago cheese. Wow it was great! I also put chopped fresh garlic & onion leaves from my garden on them when they came out of the grill.

I will be making this and I can always tell if we will like it or not. We love roasted tomatoes, cheese and the dressing, so I know without a doubt we will love it.

One of the great benefits of summer is the wonderful produce available at farmers markets (even the local grocery store) and recipes like this one that put it to use. Feel free to experiment with different tomatoes, dressings and cheeses. My mouth is watering just thinking about this recipe!
