I made these for a group of 40. Everyone loved them. There was nothing leftover and nothing tossed out. Even the men raved over the unique smokey flavor. Forever a recipe in my "Favorites" box.

Best way to eat cheese and tomatoes without pizza. Love both the tomatoe and cheesy tates with the herbs. Fresh basil is so good for you and tomatoes so easy to grow at home with herbs. Go buy some cheese and you are set for a picnic treat.

No impressed, I think I might have cooked them too long, they were mushy. Didn't really have great flavor either. Over all disappointed, won't make these again,
