No impressed, I think I might have cooked them too long, they were mushy. Didn't really have great flavor either. Over all disappointed, won't make these again,

very easy and tasty - like pizza without the crust! A great way to use those tomatoes growing so fast in your garden!

I was looking for something different. This recipe was spotted and so I ask my hubby if he would like to try it as somethings he likes and some things he dosent but when I grilled the for dinner one day he was as impressed as I. So of course we have had this dish several times and served it also to friends and relitives and all have raved. Thanks again for your wonderful magazine and all your help with recipes. Judy 5044

Great. I had no italian dressing. So I made a balsamic dressing and I just put them in the oven. They were wonderful. We had these for a few days after and they were just as good then.
