Loved the way the flavors blended together. I used Roma tomatoes and they turned out fine. Can't wait until home grown tomatoes are ready...they should taste that much better.

This was SO EASY to make! I used my convection oven and the results were fabulous. I can't wait to try a second time on our gas grill! I can't wait to try again - if it'd only stop raining here!

I have my owen resturaunt and once i tasted this recipie i thought i have to put this on the menue for an appetizer! And costumers loved it too. So did my cooks they loved that it was fast and easy to cook

I don't have a grill and made them in the oven. The tomato wasn't crisp, but it was filling as a late meal without all the extra calories and guilt. I thought it turned out great!
