Sensational Foil-Pack Vegetables recipe

Very Very good. The veggies turned out nice and tender and full of flavor. I added a cup of spinach, cup of fresh green beans, and 2 carrots shredded. Perfect with a Ribeye Steak, and fresh potatoe salad.

Disappointed with how these turned out. Veggies were too soggy.

I would use saute 1 to 2 minced garlic in 2TBS of olive oil. season with salt and pepper, or red pepper flacks.pour over vegies then bake

Made this on our last camping trip. It was so yummy! Who knew you could get kids to eat veggies when they are this good.

I made this recipe last night for our dinner guest. Everyone loved it. They also said it was nice to have something different. I had some left over purple onion, so I added that. Will make again.
