I love this receipe, I bake it, grill it and even steam it in the microwave. I have used Italian, Red Wine Vinegrette (our fav), sun dried tomato and balsamic vinegrette - basically all of the oil based Kraft dressings. I use every variation of veggies too. We like it best with a combo of zuchinni, yellow and green squash, with the colored bellpeppers and mushrooms. We also add valdai onions to jazz it up. It goes great with pork chops, tenderloin and anything chicken!
