My family loved this recipe!
Totally satisfying! I highly recommend this recipe and the variation of veggies are endless! The leftovers didn't last long and tasted just as good the first time around. The last bit of veggies we had - we double wrapped in foil, added a bit more spices and put back on the grill on a low flame area and it worked just as well as a side dish as the first time around.
My husband just RAVED about these vegetables. They were so easy to make - I marinated them in about 1 c. of the salad dressing for four hours and then packed them in foil on the grill. Even keeping them warm in the oven afterwards worked out well!
very tasty and easy to get ready ahead of time!
with salt, pepper, garlic powder, celery salt to taste this would get 4 stars! i added those seasonings after the meal for leftovers and was very good. just "good" without extra's. i fixed 3 recipes from new magazine for this meal. this one, the grilled bruschetta chicken, and bbq scalloped potatoes
