Loved it! I sauteed the chicken in a little olive oil and added some minced garlic in with the chicken, peppers and onions. I added the macaroni at the same time as the tomatoes and water along with a little red pepper. It was fabulous, my husband really enjoyed it also. The only thing that would make it better is if Kraft came out with a whole wheat pasta Mac & Cheese :)

This recipe is decent. There were too many tomatoes for my liking, so I would leave some out next time. I have a Rotel Chicken Spaghetti that is much better that I will make instead of this.

Very Yummy! Kids loved it! When cooking the chicken I added cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and after adding the tomatoes I added a drained can of corn. We definitely will have this again at our house.

my boyfriend found this recipe and made it for dinner and it was really good! I have very picky eaters in my home but they loved it!!!

I made this more as an Italian chicken skillet. I cooked the chicken with 1 tbsp italian dressing, 1 clove minced garlic, salt, pepper and italian seasonings. I used 1 can italian stewed tomatoes(I chopped them so they were smaller chunks)and chopped one roma tomato. Everything else was the same and it came out great!

My husband loves this...and so do my kids and i. Although we dont make it with the green chiles the kids dont like things spicy. We add them after we dish the kids there food. So it is great for all 4 of us!

Cheap, easy, and made plenty for all 4 of us. Very filling also. Had really good flavors but would probably use 2 cans of the tomatoes with green chiles instead of just the one next time- we like things spicy! I also seasoned the chicken a little with some seasoned salt and pepper just to make sure the chicken wasn't too bland. Overall, a very good meal!
