Absolutely wonderful! I did add some pepper, but that made it even more delicious!

The first time my family thought there were too many tomatoes so the next time I cut it down to one can and they loved it. Definatly a new favorite.

I made this for the first time and added a few extras to the original recipe....added taco seasoning and Hot Chili Beans to the soup mixture. Once I combine everything, I topped it with the cheese, sour cream, and black olives. My fiance' ate his on a bed of Tostitos. Great recipe. Thanks!

It was a great alternative to plain Mac & Cheese. My family loved it, it altered it a little & didn't make it as spicy since it was the only thing I planned for dinner. I will try to add the spice next time.

I've made this a few times and although the color is a little funky, it tastes great and it's super easy. I usually put chilli pepper, 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning, a can of black beans & a bag of frozen corn (defrosted & thawed) in the pan w/everything else when I add the mac & cheese. Delicious!

This recipe was very easy to make. However be sure to drain the chiles and tomatoes, I forgot to do this and it was a little runny.
