Spicy with lots of flavor! My husband and I really enjoyedit! It was definitely something different to try ! I will make it again.

I love this twist on Mac n' Cheese! It was so easy to make and very flavorful! I will definitly be making this dish again!

Not as good as "Cheesy Texan Skillet". Way too much sauce in this one.

Yum! This recipe is so good! I was not expecting it to be so flavorful, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to make and the leftovers tasted delicious too. It was rich and creamy and the chilies gave it just the right amount of kick! I am making this again soon!

My family didn't like it. It tasted weird to us. I don't know if it was the diced tomatoes or what.

My daughter, 15, made this. She had picked it out of the magazine. It was quick & easy. Plus, we all loved it. We will definitely be making this again. Thanks.

We liked this very much. Knowing that we don't like spicy foods, I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano & onion instead. I also didn't have mexican cheese, so used sharp cheddar cheese. I added fresh sauteed mushrooms. My son really like it, he'll also be making it on his own.

I made with ground beef and was very good, need a 12" skillet for it though. And I did not drain the black beams.
