VERY EASY! This is such a quick recipe that is really delicious. Our family has been making this salad for years. But this recipe added some extra things that make it even more of a crowd pleaser.

I made this recipe to take to a salad supper at our church. It was very easy to assemble and carry. Everyone loved it! It is a totally light and refreshing addition to my summer menu planning. What little was left I packed into a sealed plastic container and sent in my husbands lunch. I will definately make this again!

This was wonderful. I doubled the Mayo dressing based on other comments and used Turkey instead of ham and Romaine instead of Ice Berg for the lettuce. I also used blue cheese crumbles instead of parmesan, this may have been a little over kill but the salad was soooo good. Everyone wanted the recipe. Thank You Karft for so many great recipes...

Iceberg lettuce is not the best type. I use a darker green lettuce with spinach.

One of my friends made this and it was so good, and she added bacon bits to it,and not the ham,and also ranch and not the mayo....even my kids loved it.....
