What You Need

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

3/4

cup cold milk

1-1/2

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

cup each fresh raspberries and sliced strawberries

1/4

cup blackberries

pkg. (10.75 oz.) frozen prepared pound cake, thawed

1/4

cup orange juice

Make It

step 1

BEAT pudding mix and milk with whisk in medium bowl 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP. Combine berries; reserve 1/2 cup.

step 2

CUT cake into 3 layers.

step 3

BRUSH cake layers with juice.

step 4

STACK cake layers on plate, filling each layer with half each of the remaining berries and pudding mixture. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and reserved berries. Refrigerate 4 hours.

I made this this morning for my sons 8th birthday today along with homemade french vanilla ice cream. We had his party after supper and everyone just loved the berry bliss cake. An A++ rating from everyone. I will definitely be making this wonderful cake again. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make.

My 'masterpiece' did not look as pretty as this picture, but everyone enjoyed it greatly. No leftovers! I will definately be making this again soon.

I made this exactly as the recipe directed and it was not only beautiful but a taste of heaven. I am intrigued by the writer who made this in a truffle bowl, how novel. I will give that a try as it would solve the slipping and sliding problem and still be beautiful. Thanks for the tip.
