This was good, but probably not worth buying all the somewhat costly ingredients. The top and bottom halves of the bread didn't stick together, so moving it to a serving plate was a mess. I would recommend spreading the cream cheese all the edges to make sure it all stays together.

I brought this to a graduation party today. I used a flavored cheese spread, salami, pepperoni, provolone, sundried tomato spread and chopped artichoke hearts. I would have preferred arugula, but had to settle for spinach, which was extra crisp. I placed it on the buffet table already filled with untouched food. It was devoured in 5 minutes! I'll take that as a compliment!

I made this for my dad's wedding. It was a huge hit. Great to serve at a large gathering.

Fantastic! I made this for a function at my son's school. The plate was clean when I returned to get it, and I got asked A LOT for the recipe! I've also made them for my lunch as well. They make a nice light lunch sandwich!

This was great as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. Some picky family members didn't like it - I thought it was great. (made it with a multi-grain loaf)

Huge hit! I put it on a jalapeno loaf and a wheat loaf. Everyone loved them both. I will definitely make it again!!
