in response to rotnrbn... it does say what to do with the A1. It says to brush steaks with steak sauce.... that would be the A1. Very good recipe... delicious flavor.

To rotnrbn---about the A-1 sauce---look where it says Grill, it says to brush it on while it's grilling. I haven't made this recipe yet with the A-1 sauce , but I have marinated lots of things with Zesty Italian and it's great......ever used it with zucchini or yellow squash and grilled it? Yummy....

This is to rotnrbn,,,, Read the recipe again, it tells you exactly what to do with the A1 Steak Sauce!!!!!

So no where in the recipe does it say what to do with the A1 sauce - do you mix it with the dressing and toss it into the bag also ?

I've tried this marinate twice now - once I actually grilled the steak (new york strips - yummy!) and the next time I used the quick steaks that only take a couple of minutes to fry. I fried them which doesn't require any kind of oil in the skillet because of the marinate and they too were wonderful. I will definitely keep this marinate and try multiple things - I bet a roast would be wonderful if you let it marinate overnite in this, I'll be trying that next!

Very good flavor! But my steaks were much thinner than they should have been so it was hard to get them done the way I wanted. Next time I will definitely made sure my steaks are thicker so I don't cook them too long.

Great taste and cooked at 4 min. each side was perfect - rare, not raw and just like we like it. Anyone wanting it well done could just let their steak or portion of cook longer but it will be well done for sure.
