I make this almost every summer for our annual Summerfest party, which is usually around the 4th of July. Do some prep ahead of time then decorate the day you want to serve. I found it easiest to pipe, then put in the fruit, to answer another reviewer's question. With the fresh fruit and it being chilled, this is refreshing for a summer dessert.

It was very pretty. My family thinks the Neufchatel cheese doesn't really add to the recipe. It might be because I have to my diabetic substitutions for all my recipes.

It was hard and I couldn't do the quilt part of it. Do you put the fruit on first, or the piping and work with the fruit inside the lines?

This recipe was easy, tasty, and beautiful. My mom is a quilter, so I made it for our 4th Cookout; she loved it! I did the pound cake and Jello layer the night before, and added the cream cheese and Cool Whip layer before the cookout.

I made this cake for July 4th. It was a hit. I made instead of the flag cake because I am a quilter and it looked like a quilt in the picture. I will make it again since my family and friends loved it.

It was very yummy and pretty to look at! I was proud of my creativity, it didn't look as good as the picture- but that's okay!

I made this when we had company over and everyone loved it. They thought it looked like a sweet desert. Were they ever surprised. Jello. I'm making it for another group of friends soon.
