I could not find frozen pound cake, so I used a frozen frosted vanilla layer cake. It worked out great! Next time, I'll have to watch the jello a little closer. At 20 minutes, the gelatin had set a little too far, when I added the fruit. I'll also be a little more conservative, saving more topping for the piping; I ran out. Everyone loved this recipe!

Thought it was easy and very yummy! Wasn't sure how the Jell-o and pound cake would go togehter, but it was MUCH better than I expected!

I made this for a family 4th of July gathering. From young to old enjoyed it. I made it a day ahead and added the piping just befure we ate it. Would definately make it again.

I love the combination of fruits, gelatin and cream cheese. This dessert really stands out at any party and all your guestswill love the fruity flavors. Plus you can make it in advance, so it is easy to take along to any picnic or celebration.

This was a cinch to make. I baked a boxed white cake in a disposable foil can rather than use the pound cake (much cheaper, too) and I decorated it like a flag like the "Wave your Flag" cake, instead of the quilt look. I would add a bit more sugar to the cheese and whipped topping frosting next time - it's very similar to the fruit dip I've had on fruit trays. The entire cake was gone and I received many compliments and gratitude. I also used a combo of wild strawberry & rasberry jello. Not too sweet and can easily be modified for diabetics using the appropriate sweetener.
