Light and wonderful. Made it exactly as set forth, but added a few more strawberries. I also put my strawberries in my food chopper and pulsed it a could of times and it was wonderful I garnished with whipped cream and fresh strawberries when I served. Great dessert when you have a heavy dinner.

This pie is so light and refreshing with the lime zest/juice and fresh stawberries. I made it with sugar-free Cool Whip and sugar-free JELL-O and it was so delicious. Definitely plan to make this again - this recipe is a keeper.

i loved this pie, made it exactly to the recipe the first time but did add about a cup more berries. i actually liked the lime flavoring and think it livened up the whole dessert. i love the idea of putting it in desert cups since i have a wheat allergy and will make 1 pie for the family and some dessert cups for me:)

Just tastes like Jell-o. Expected a more creamy flavor. Empty tasting.

I did not like this at all. Followed the recipe exactly but it did not turn out like the photo-was not as high, had no texture, and was runny in the center. Also I think the lime juice amount is too much. It made the flavor taste like glass cleaner.

I tried this recipe, only I made it as a mousse rather than a pie (I just omitted the pie crust and spooned the filling into dessert dishes.) It was VERY light, but not particularly sweet. I "lightened up" the calories by using sugar-free Jell-o and fat free Cool Whip, and the consistency was just fine. Good option for diabetics. You could probably sweeten it up a bit by adding some Splenda. Things I would do differently next time: add WAY more strawberries (maybe triple the amount called for) and cut back on the lime juice to only 1 Tbsp. of juice, and no lime zest!

Very easy to make. I didn't want to use a lime, so I used a lemon instead. The pie was so good, I wanted to eat the whole thing myself (I decided to share). Everyone liked this pie. I'm going to make another one tonight. This time I'm going to use an orange instead of using a lime. Can't wait to taste it.

I liked the pie except is way too limey! I would cut the lime juice at least in half if not more. The lime juice overwhelmed the strawberry. Otherwise it was very light. I would make it again but use less lime.
