I have served this dish at two family cook-outs. It was a big hit both times and I never have any left over. My husband would not let me cook it on HIS grill. So,I followed the recipe except that I cooked it in the oven on about 350 for an hour and 15 mins instead of grilling. This is very good!!
I made this as a cold potato salad and added sliced celery and radishes. My son said it was the best he ever tasted and the rest of the family liked it too.
This recipe is delicious. The only thing I changed is I mixed in the green onion with the potato mixture pre-grill not post-grill. It gives the onions a nice flavor.
I broiled my taters and added a healthy handful of shredded Parm Chz. It was a HIT at the party! And the little bit of leftover was excellent cold for lunch the next day!
You don't even have to put it on the grill if you put the potatoes in the microwave for an extra minute or 2. I'll definately make this again.
it was a hit...have made it 3 times and always get asked for it again.
I will be making this potato salad from now on. My husband gets heartburn from the traditional potato salad because of the pickle relish. This one has no relish and awesome flavor!
There are some very nice flavors in this. It's also a good break from a traditional potato salad. It would be excellent served with beef kabobs.
This was simple and delicious!!! I loved it!!! It does resemble German Potato Salad, which is my favorite, but this is much easier. I used fat free dressing and low fat mayonnaise to make it healthier. I will use this recipe over and over.
The potatoes I had on hand were very dry, so I added more italian dressing. Very good recipe! Makes me think of German Potato Salad! Kids were fighting for seconds! And very easy and quick!
