What You Need

lb. unpeeled small red potatoes, halved (about 6 cups)

1/3

cup water

cloves garlic, minced

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided

1/4

cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MICROWAVE potatoes and water in 2-qt. covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 8 min.; drain. Add garlic and 2 Tbsp. dressing; toss to coat.

SPOON potato mixture onto center of large sheet heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.

GRILL 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over after 10 min. Mix mayo and remaining dressing in large bowl. Add potatoes, bacon and onions; toss lightly. Serve warm.

Substitute

Any potatoes you have on hand-even large baking potatoes-can be used in this recipe. The key is cutting them into small uniform pieces so they'll cook evenly in just 20 min.

Creative Leftovers

Blend any leftover peeled garlic cloves with 1 cup softened butter in blender until smooth. Use rubber scraper to transfer butter mixture to airtight container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Use to cook scrambled eggs or as a topping for your favorite cooked meat or sauteed vegetables.

Added fresh oregano, fresh basil, chives instead of green onions. Also substituted proscuitto jerky and pcs of salami instead of the bacon....

I absolutely loved this recipe, and will make it many more times in the future. This is so easy and different, plus, it doesn't take that long to cook. i love grilling out, and this is a great way to make potatoes. It has a great flavor, and as the recipe states, the key is getting the potatoes cut the same size to cook evenly at the same time. Mine turned out perfect!

I wasn't too impressed with this dish. I didn't like the mayo and dressing combo and I left out the bacon. My husband liked it though but that's not enough for me to make it again.

Don't believe the timing for cooking the potatoes. It took about 1 hour! I used the petite gourmet red potatoes. Our friends gobbled it up as fast as we could refill the bowl. It was delicious.

This was great! I omitted the onions (my husband isn't a fan) and added a little grated parmesan cheese. Delicious!
