I made this recipe with two pounds of chicken breast tenderloins (rather than breasts) and served them as appetizers/finger food at a cookout. Using the tenderloins, they cooked up very quickly and easily, and were enjoyed by everyone. I chose to use two packs of taco seasoning for my two pounds of chicken, but I would not recommend this and will not do it again. The taco taste was just a bit too strong; one packet would have been plenty. They were still very good and very quick and easy, and I will make them again.
