Instead of cooking it on the grill, I baked it in the oven. It was a great and easy to make.

This was quick, easy, and tastes great. Though, if you are using big chicken breast halves, I would recommend using more taco seasoning. Maybe 1 1/2 packets. Other than that, definitely try it.

It's so easy and quick! This recipe helps out when you don't know what to cook and all you have is chicken in the refrigerator!

I made this recipe with two pounds of chicken breast tenderloins (rather than breasts) and served them as appetizers/finger food at a cookout. Using the tenderloins, they cooked up very quickly and easily, and were enjoyed by everyone. I chose to use two packs of taco seasoning for my two pounds of chicken, but I would not recommend this and will not do it again. The taco taste was just a bit too strong; one packet would have been plenty. They were still very good and very quick and easy, and I will make them again.

A very good twist to chicken. We melted sliced swiss cheese on them and made chicken sandwiches. We added this one to our recipes to keep.
