I haven't tried this yet but I do know that when cooking onions with kabobs it's a good idea to parboil them so that they are not still raw when everything else is cooked. I am looking forward to trying this recipe. It sounds good!!

It was a decent kabob recipe. Unfortunately, the shrimp cooked very quickly, but the onions did not and were not nearly cooked enough. We'll try it with chicken next time.

This was really good and EASY. I cheated big time and grilled the kabobs on my George Foreman and they came out great. Added some pineapple juices to a sauce cause I like it juicy. Good stuff.

I made this recipe using fresh tuna steak for the meat. I served it with jasmine rice and a fresh pineapple salsa. The combination of all was an easy, light, super summer dinner enjoyed on our deck. Thank you for quick, flavorful, fresh recipes.

I used chicken instead of shrimp as I had it on hand. The kabobs were tasty w/regular BBQ sauce - plan on mixing it up again w/different veggies/meats.

I made these the other night for dinner and my grandson and son loved them.I will make these again. We loved the taste of the fresh grilled pineapple .

it was okay, the BBQ sauce on the shrimp was not a favorite.

We ran out of skewers but ended up putting the rest in a grill skillet lined with foil. I think they almost tasted better this way as they cooked more in the bbq sauce. Either way, DELICIOUS.
