Easy Banana Pudding Parfaits

We really enjoyed this quick banana pudding type dessert.

For an added treat (and a few more calories), drizzle with chocolate syrup & caramel sauce and add a few chopped pecans on top. Yum.

I made this recipe for a BBQ dessert. I made my own french vanilla pudding in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Then I spooned out the pudding into individual cups, sliced in some bananas crushed mini nilla wafers on top, added more pudding, and a dollop of cool whip along with a few of the mini nillas on top. Superb! My family loved it. Will definitely make again. To serve 7, I made 2 boxes of pudding and used 3 bananas. I did have about a serving of pudding left over, so I'd say my way would serve 8.

This is a fun, quick and delicious treat for the family.

Great healthy dessert substitue. I use sugar free cool whip, sugar free pudding, and sugar free shortbread cookies to make it as low sugar as possible. Still tastes great and like a treat with these subs.
