This is a very bland recipe. The rice did not cook up as one would expect. I did follow the recipe carefully.

THIS WAS A GREAT RECIPE! I MARINATED THE HALIBUT IN THE SALAD DRESSING FOR ABOUT 30-40 MINS. BEFORE I PREPARED IT. I ALSO added sundried tomatoes. Everything was very moist and tasty.

I substituted tilapia because it was on sale. It was delicious, but I would definitely be eager to try it with the halibut!

I loved this for a few reasons: easy, fast, great taste. Unfortunately I could not find Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing anywhere. Used Kraft Basil Parmesan Vinaigrette & chopped up a few sun-dried tomatoes and added on top. Also used instant brown rice but found 1/4 cup rice & water sufficient. Definitely a keeper. Visual - Spinach does not look as deep green as the photo and is under the fish, not around.

This was very bland and the rice did not cook all the way. I would use instant rice and add more seasoning, or cook your rice on the stove top separate from the foil packet.

Easy to make, however the rice should be precooked. Next time I will cook the rice in the microwave for a few minutes.

Good concept. Nothing really outstanding. I used tilapia instead of halibut. Tilapia is a thinner fish and it took a good 20 minutes to grill, so grill time may need to be adjusted.
