I would use a zesty italian dressing instead to add a little zip. Very easy to prepare.

This is the best fish recipe I have ever tried! I make this almost every week. I add other veggies to the packet like carrots and broccli and use brown rice instead of white. Delicious!

I substituted the tomato vinaigrette for a romano basil vinaigrette. It tasted amazing!! I'm not usually a huge fan of fish, but this was really good!

I'm not used to grilling fish on the grill. This was so easy. I've made it twice, once with talapia and once with cod; it great both times. I made it on vacation at our cottage; even my niece who isn't fond of fish liked it.

This recipe is delicious and SO easy! My husband is not a huge fish fan, and he loved it! We used tilapia instead of halibut but left everything else the same. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
