I have made this on a grill and also in an oven. Excellent with halibut, cod , or tilapia. I have shared the recipe with 6 friends who also love it.
I have made this twice and have loved it both times. I used tilapia instead of halibut and instant brown instead of white. The brown rice adds the perfect nutty flavor. I also tried a filet that was frozen and had a marinade of herbs on it. WOW is all I can say. I still used the dressing, but the extra spices were awesome. I will make this often since it is so good and clean up is super easy. It is also good as a left over!!!
Wow! I'm delighted with the results and how easy this was. Great for people like me who love to cook everything on the grill!
I didn't have that particular salad dressing so I used a balsamic vinegar dressing and did everything else and we found it to be easy and delicious, I think you can use any kind of dressing like Italian or even French...this is a keeper, my husband who thinks the only way to eat fish is deep fried, loved it...and said make this again...
Add just a little salt.
I used tilapia filets just because I already had some and it was great!!! Very easy and fast!
I tried this recipe on my bbq as soon as I got my kraft foods summer issue. It was excellent! Instead of halibut I used haddock but other than that I followed the recipe given. I would not hesitate to feed this to friends and family.
My family loved this recipe. I substituted Tilapia for the Halibut and I also baked it in the oven versus grilling it. This was a wonderful recipe!
Very good, but I put my own twist on it. I used tilapia and brown rice. I didn't use spinach because I didn't have any. I used kraft parmesan vinagarette on the fish and rice, sprinkled both with parmesan cheese and covered the fish with ranch almonds. The flavor was good, but almost too salty. I cooked on the grill for 15 min (the fish was frozen) and it came out perfect. Would definately cook again, it was easy and mess free. I could do a hundred different combinations!
