Very good, but I put my own twist on it. I used tilapia and brown rice. I didn't use spinach because I didn't have any. I used kraft parmesan vinagarette on the fish and rice, sprinkled both with parmesan cheese and covered the fish with ranch almonds. The flavor was good, but almost too salty. I cooked on the grill for 15 min (the fish was frozen) and it came out perfect. Would definately cook again, it was easy and mess free. I could do a hundred different combinations!
