OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake

Looks hard, but it's not. The secret? Ice cream sandwiches do most of the work. Delicious layers of OREO Cookies and fudge help too.

I made this ice cream cake and will for sure make it again. It was great and my family and friends enjoyed it very much. The best part was that it was so simple to make...

I have not tried this recipe yet, but I'm going to try and find all ingredients in SugarFree form. I'm a diabetic!

I've made this before. It's so fun and easy and everyone is impressed. I didn't have chocolate pudding on hand so I used banana pudding. It was amazing that way. I really want to try new flavors of pudding to shake it up.

I didn't actually make the cake but my sister-in-law did and I absolutely love it!! I could probably eat the whole thing!!

Ok, this tasted really good, but it did not turn out at all. I'm not sure why. It seemed so easy after I watched the video, it just sort of fell apart and stuck to the foil, so it wasn't pretty, but tasted good.

LOVE this ice cream cake! Making it again tonight as my hubby's birthday cake! I definitely recommend freezing it longer (like overnight or a day or two in advance) so that it maintains it's shape and the cool whip "frosting" really solidifies.

I made this for my son-in-laws birthday cake. We all loved it! I have a rectangle crystal platter and it fit perfectly and looked great too. I did add 3 more ice cream sandwiches - there were 10 of us eating it also used chocolate cool whip instead of regular. Awesome - will make again & again

I've made this a few times and it's always been a hit. Very easy to make and not messy at all. You could make it more special and use mint Oreo's vs. the regular ones too, but the original recipe is the best.

I don't eat sweets and never crave chocolate. This recipe is amazing. The icecream, fudge, and orea compliment one another. The only thing I had problems with was the cool whip was difficult to spread all over in the end and it kept melting. It didn't look as nice as the pictures. The taste however, will def make again and again!
