This recipe was a hit! Will definitely make it again. It was very easy to make. Would recommend keeping the ice cream sandwiches in the freezer until you need them. By the time I got to the top layer, they were beginning to melt making it difficult to unwrap and assemble.

This recipe was easy, affordable, and delicious! I would recommend adding a 1/4 cup of milk to the filling. I found the first time I made it, the filling was not spreading well and my ice cream started to melt. The milk made the difference the second time around.

Made this for my nine year old's birthday. Everyone loved it, and it was so very easy to make. Will be making this one again for any occasion!

This is so good and so easy! I used more crushed Oreos and doubled the ingredients to make this in a 9x13 pan. People love it.

IT WAS AWESOME!! I will definitely make this again. I made it in 10 minutes and it hardly cost much at all!!!!! I used the neopolitan ice cream which is my favorite. There was not a speck left from the picnic I brought it to. 2 thumbs up for SURE!!!!!
