OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake

OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake recipe
Looks hard, but it's not. The secret? Ice cream sandwiches do most of the work. Delicious layers of OREO Cookies and fudge help too.

I was a little embarrassed because of cheating with ice cream sandwiches but no one even knew that is what it was until I told them. It was a total hit and I have already passed on the recipe for my friend to make it on Monday.

I made this for a family beach vacation. The cake was a hit after being out on the beach all day. I doubled the amount of Oreos.

What a hit! So easy and really good. Makes a wonderful presentation. Your guests will think it took hours to make. If you like chocolate, you'll love this fabulous dessert. Does not need a great deal of time to sit out before cutting. Use a serrated knife to cut. Enjoy!
