OREO & Fudge Ice Cream Cake

This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

Looks hard, but it's not. The secret? Ice cream sandwiches do most of the work. Delicious layers of OREO Cookies and fudge help too.

I used mini Oreos, thinking I wouldn't have to crush them up. Bad idea! It made the cake hard to cut and not come out in nice slices. It tasted good and everyone liked it. I'll make it again making sure to crush the cookies. Maybe I'll try the mint 'n chip or neopolitan versions.

This is awesome! No one even guessed that I used ice cream sandwhiches. However, I made mine in a disposable cake pan with cover because I was wary of the aluminum foil. I also mixed chocolate chips in the topping.

This was DELICIOUS! It was so easy to make, and it looks just like it does in the picture when you finish it! I personally chopped the oreos to be very fine so they tasted more like those chocolate crunchies at Carvel. Honestly though, I thought the whole cake tasted better than Carvel though! I would make this for anyone's birthday- young or old!
