My husband LOVES store bought ice cream cake and requests one every year for his birthday. This year he asked I make this instead. It was a huge hit! Super easy to make and VERY yummy.

I lost 4 Ice Cream Sandwiches on the trip home therefore I used only 6. It was very rich and chocolaty. Will make again using all 12 sandwiches. Was a wonderful Dessert!

I made this many times, its wonderful. I put ice cream toppings on top of the sandwiches, I use the chocolate fudge, strawberry, pineapple, yum, sort of like banana split taste. If making just for us, I often don't use cool whip until its served. Its so easy and good we could eat it every day!!!!!

Fantastic! We have made this cake several times and it is always a huge hit. We are asked for the recipe every time we make it. Tried something different for my daughter's birthday party this year and made it as cupcakes. The kids loved it and it was much easier to serve.

My grandsons told me that this was the "BEST CAKE EVER"! The whole family enjoyed it and some even had seconds! I will DEFINITELY make this again!

The BEST ICE CREAM CAKE EVER!!! So simple and easy to make. I made it to my sister-in-law graduation party. What a hit!! Everyone LOVED IT!! I can't wait to make again :).
