I have made these many times, my family and friends love them, they are quick and easy. Sometimes I use long skewers and add a slice of onion, pepper, and pineapple to the skewer. YUM!

This was a great, fast recipe. The whole family enjoyed it. It had a little "bite" to it that made it stand out. I served it with grilled vegetables and rice and everyone loved it.

This recipe was FANTASTIC! My husband and I both loved it. We didn't use the skewers -- instead, I cut it up into bite-sized chunks and threw it on the George Foreman grill. It turned out great! I've made it several times in the last few weeks -- at the request of my husband.

It smelled really good and tasted good too. I did them in the oven on a broiler instead of on the grill in the winter, worked out great.

If you don't own a real grill - this recipe was better broiled in the oven than cooked on the George Foreman grill.
