The beauty of this kabob recipe is the thin strips of meat that soak up the sauce's tangy flavor.

I made this recipe for a 4th of July family outing and everyone raved about it. I will be making it again for the upcoming holidays. I added small whole mushrooms to some of them and not only did they taste great, but they looked great too.

We loved this recipe. We also put some of the marinade on skewers of red pepper and mushrooms and they turned out great as well. It's a great, easy, and quick weeknight meal!

Different in presentation from my plain old everyday cooking ! The taste is amazing and better than I thought the combintion of ingredients would turn out to be. Marinate longer, if desired. Mine turned out great. Use kitchen shears to cut the meat into long slices instead of a knife. It does well with no errors (and for someone trying to cook with hand tremore, like I am, it maddde me feel like I could cook in a reasonable way again!)

Not a big A-1 sauce lover, could reduce and it would be better for me. Other than that, it was a great recipe and served up easy.

This recipie was pretty good... unfortunately, I think we overcooked them a bit. I don't think I would go to the hassle of putting the meat on skewers again, because there are so many other great things you can do with beef to get a great dish and I don't think I would bother with this one.

My family loved this! I have made these twice now, and will definitely make them again.
