We made this recipe tonight and it was very good. We put them on soft steak rolls. The only problem we had was that they did not get caramelized because our grill ran out of GAS! But otherwise they were very good.

This receipe was a hit with my children and fussy husband. The meat was tender and tasty. I also marinated a small chicken breast in A-1 sauce and prepared it the same way as the beef. The chicken was also tender and tasty. I do not have a grill so I cooked it under a broiler on high. The only problem I had was my wooden skewers burned even after soaking them. Also I used Kraft Honey barbeque sauce and a Honey Dion Mustard instead of regular barbeque sauce and dion mustard.

I enjoyed these, they were quite tasty. My husband went shopping for the sirloin, couldn't get it and brought home beef cutlets instead lol. Next time I'll get the sirloin.

Tried this with roasted vegies and baked potato wedges. Was a hit with the family. Would be great served with a quick salad.
